Je to systém výroby, který usiluje o omezení plýtvání na minimum, o co nejmenší zbytečné výdaje. aby lean production – s minimálními zásobami hladce fungovala, je nutné, aby stroje byly kvalitní a taky je potřeba věnovat zvýšenou pozornost údržbě. Nemůžete si dovolit stroje a přístroje, které jsou poruchové, když vypoví jeden článek procesu, zastaví se celý proces.

Pokud víme, co druhá strana požaduje, a pokud se sami snažíme to be as specific as possible, potom jsme na dobré cestě učinit rozhodnutí, zda jsme ochotni vzdát se toho, co po nás druhá strana chce, za účelem získat od nich na oplátku to, co chceme my. momentální rozpoložení/ nálada povaha - pokud jedna strana potřebuje vaše peníze a vy potřebujete její zboží – existuje: a prospect of a negotiation, jestli se ale jednání uskuteční, záleží na náladě a také povaze osoby, s kterou jednáte.

Protectionism je teorie, podle které je diskriminace konkurenčních/zahraničních dovozců správná/prospěšná.
