COMPANY PROFILE Cosmir Impianti Industriali, based in Italy in Robbiate (LC), operates in the assembly and mechanical maintenance of industrial plants, manufacturing of components for chemical, pharmaceutical, steel, food, automotive, paper and energy industries. Thanks to its experience Cosmir is able to serve its customers in all the phases of the supply: design, drawing with the collaboration of qualified professionals, assembly in workshop, assembly on site and also plant maintenance. We have a production facility capable of covering the entire range of operations for the construction of the plant components with the “turnkey” formula.

SEJARAH PERUSAHAAN Cosmir Impianti Industriali S.r.l. didirikan pada tahun 1995 dengan kantor pusat do Monza, Italia. Karena usaha dan komitmen dari sang pendiri Rino Rossi, perusahaan telah berkembang menjadi salah satu dari perusahaan konstruksi terbesar di bidang industry sejak Perang Dunia II, dengan tenaga kerja mencapai lebih dari 100 orang dan lokasi pekerjaan tersebar di seluruh negri. Cosmir memiliki etos kerja ,sumber daya dan pengetahuan dari perusahaan Cosmit dan melanjutkan hal tersebut hingga kini. Seraya terus mengembangkan profesionalisme dan mengikuti perkembangan sektor industri, terutama melanjutkan pengembangan dan perubahan keamanan dan pelatihan tenaga kerja. HISTORY Cosmir S.r.l. Impianti Industriali was founded in 1995 in Monza and continues the tradition of the company Cosmit S.r.l. which later became Cosmit / C.T.I. S.p.A. in 1968 thanks to the efforts and commitment of its founder Rino Rossi. Cosmir S.r.l. took part of the workforce, resources and knowledge of the Cosmit company and has continued the work, while maintaining the high level of professionalism and by updating to keep pace in a world like that of the industrial sector. Now Cosmir is also growing in ASEAN countries: the opening of branches in Indonesia and Singapore is a clear sign of the commitment of Cosmir S.r.l. to accept the challenges that are launching new economies, presenting itself in a demanding market with the strength of the skills acquired over the years and quality rooted in know-how and skills of the Italian industry always according to European Quality standard.

AKTIVITAS︎ ▶ ︎PROYECT Cosmir bekerjasama dengan sejumlah insiyur dan desainer yang tergabung dalam Professional Register (merupakan lembaga tenaga kerja yang tersertifikasi di Italia ) dengan pengalaman kerja di lapangan dan komponen yang memastikan penyelesaian masalah konstruksi dalam waktu lebih singkat. Kami mempresentasikan dengan menggunakan sistem CAD, desain( assembly maupun detail), gambar konstruksi dan pengerjaan, gambar system pemipaan, pelaksanaan dari seluruh proses kerja sesuai permintaan pelanggan. ︎▶ ︎PERAWATAN Aktivitas perawatan mencakup seluruh aspek yang memungkinkan pelanggan untuk terus berproduksi tanpa mengalami hambatan kerja. Selain itu kami juga mampu melaksanakan tugas tersebut pada waktu – waktu tertentu disaat pelanggan sedang melaksanakan perhentian proses kerja yang sudah terjadwal pada bulan Agustus dan Desember, memungkinkan pelanggan menggunakan pekerja ahlinya sendiri. Seluruh pengerjaan dilakukan dalam kondisi kerja yang aman, baik di lokasi, proses bongkar, pemasangan, pembersihan system pemipaan, jalur gas / tangki untuk cairan, peralatan, pompa, valve dan motor secara keseluruhan. ︎▶ ︎KONSTRUKSI DAN PEMASANGAN DI LOKASI Kegiatan pemasangan: pemasangan struktur baja, pemasangan peralatan dengan berbagai macam model dan ukuran, pemasangan pipa yang sebelumnya dibuat di workshop kami, pemasangan dengan konstruksi khusus yang tidak dapat dilaksanakan di workshop kami, hingga proses pengujian akhir. ︎▶ KONSTRUKSI DI WORKSHOP Produksi dan konstruksi peralatan dilaksanakan di workshop kami di Robbiate, yang mencakup wilayah seluas 850 m2 dan wilayah terbuka seluas 1.000 m2. Pada tahun 2013 Cosmir membuka cabang di Singapura dan pada tahun 2014 di Tangerang Banten Indonesia. Dengan peralatan kerja yang lengkap, kami mampu mengerjakan pembuatan sistem pemipaan , baik karbon steel maupun stainless steel. Begitu juga dengan struktur besi, pembuatan tangga, balkon, cerobong asap dan lain-lain. Keseluruhannya dikerjakan di workshop kami, untuk kemudian dipasang di lokasi. ︎▶ PENGERJAAN DI LOKASI Selain proses kerja yang dilaksanakan di Italia, COSMIR juga melayani pembuatan konstruksi dan instalasi untuk pelanggan di negara lain. COSMIR telah bekeja diberbagai lokasi di Perancis dan Kroasia, dengan tenaga kerja yang professional dan peralatan kerja yang lengkap serta berkualitas. Dengan dibukanya cabang di Singapura pada tahun 2013 dan di Indonesia pada tahun 2014 kami bermaksud memperluas jangkauan dan mencari kesempatan baru, menerapkan keahlian kami di negara – Negara berkembang di wilayah Asia.

ACTIVITIES ︎▶ DESIGN Our company cooperates with designers and skilled engineers with specific experience in our industry for the design of all our achievements in a short time. We are able to perform, with the use of CAD systems, the design (of assembly, or detail), construction and assembly drawings, sketches of the pipes, the execution of reliefs for drafting process schemes and plants as well as provide assistance requested by the Customer. ︎▶ MAINTENANCE The plant maintenance is performed both with individual interventions which with programmed interventions, both for the part of hydraulic plant of which the mechanical to allow the proper functioning of their plants and avoid stops production. We handle both routine maintenance and of that extraordinary, we provide our Clients qualified personnel and the necessary means. The works are always in safe conditions both directly on the plant, through the disassembly, reassembly, cleaning all part of piping, gas lines / fluid tanks, instrumentation, equipment, pumps, valves, motors and carpentry. ︎▶ CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY IN THE YARD The assembly work at the construction site involves the assembly of structures metal, the installation of various types of equipment, and dimension, the mounting of the prefabricated pipes at our workshop, the construction in work of lines for the particularity construction cannot be realized in the workshop. We also carry out the assembly of the line equipment, up to testing and commissioning. ︎▶ CONSTRUCTIONS IN OUR WORKSHOP The manufacturing and construction of the equipment is carried out in our workshop of Robbiate (LC), which has a covered area of 850 square meters and an outdoor area of 1.000 square meters. From 2015 we also have a production activity in Tangerang near Jakarta. In these workshops we build different equipment, such as complete skid, heat exchangers, sheet metal ducts, hoods, hopper, silo, with heating reactors, atmospheric tanks and reservoirs with testing in accordance to PED 23/97. We also build the plant lines for subsequent installation on site, either in stainless steel or plastic material, starting from construction drawings and sketches. At the factory also we produce the steel structures for the support of the equipment and piping, as well as all accessory elements to the plant activities such as stairs, walkways, lattice structures, chimneys and more. These equipment are realized both for shipping overseas both for the subsequent assembly on site. ︎▶ WORKING ABROAD In addition to the activity carried out in Italy, Cosmir supports the construction and installation for Its Customers abroad. Cosmir participates in realization of various plants at sites in Europe, providing the professionalism and helpfulness of its staff. From 2013 Cosmir opened a branch in Singapore and Indonesia to expand their business and look for new job opportunities, exporting its expertise and know-how in countries with greater capacity for development.

SERTIFIKASI Secara berkala kami mengikuti perkembangan peraturan yang berkenaan dengan bidang kerja kami. Kami memiliki sertifikat Quality Management System yang sesuai dengan ISO 9001 : 2008, yang mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan metode kerja perusahaan untuk mencapai dan mengembangkan standar kualitas yang tinggi. Adapun sertifikasi dan penghargaan yang kami terima sebagai berikut: 1. Bulan Maret 2012 penghargaan “Central Processing” N.° 1978/12 sebagai Workshop Terbaik untuk Pengerjaan Produksi Metal. 2. Bulan Oktober 2013 Sertifikasi ISO 18000, sertifikasi tertinggi untuk manajemen keamanan dan kesehatan pekerja. 3. Kualifikasi SOA mengenai pekerjaan umum yang berkaitan dengan seni. 4. 2 Presidential Decree 34 / 2000 kategori OS18 untuk komponen struktur besi CLASS III. 5. Sertifikat untuk mengelas yaitu EN 1090-1 + A1 kategori: EXC1, EXC2 dan EXC3 yang dimiliki oleh tenaga ahli kami dalam mengelas yang melambangkan profesionalisme dan kualitas kerja yang telah teruji.
CERTIFICATIONS Our company is constantly updated on all the regulations regarding our specific industry. Cosmir S.r.l. performs controls and tests on materials, artifacts and of all activities, both in the intermediate and final stages, in accordance with the quality manual UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 EA 17 sectors issued by Project Quality Construction - PCQ srl Certificate no. CR 542/001 dated 02/21/2017 and sectors EA 28 issued by Project Quality Construction - PCQ srl Certificate no. CR 542Q/001 dated 21/02/2017. We also have obtained the certificate of compliance with BS OHSAS 18001:2007 issued by Project Quality Construction - PCQ srl with certificate N.° CR-542S/001 of 20/12/2016. We possess attestation as “Transformation Center” with certificate N.° 1978/12 of 13/03/2012 issued by Italian Authority to operate as a manufacturer of steel structures and Production Control Certificate of Conformity in Factory 1301-CPR -1049 in accordance with EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011.

KEAMANAN KERJA Keselamatan dan keamanan kerja, juga pencegahan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja di lokasi menjadi hal yang utama dalam perusahaan kami. COSMIR bergerak dalam bidang industri dimana risiko kecelakaan kerja tidak dapat diabaikan begitu saja, bahkan dalam kondisi kerja yang normal. Segala hal menjadi bahan pertimbangan kami terutama saat kami bekerja di area yang berisiko tinggi dan yang berkaitan dengan bahan berbahaya. Perusahaan kami memiliki prosedur kemanan yang terus memantau risiko tertentu juga pencegahan insiden terkait risiko tersebut. Seluruh pekerja kami telah dilatih dan diinformasikan mengenai keselamatan juga pelatihan tahunan untuk pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan kerja, keselamatan saat bekerja di ketinggian, penggunaan Alat Keselamatan Pribadi juga penggunaan peralatan angkat.

Our organization performs the safety drafting, updating, assessment of specific risks, the identification of preventive measures, enforcement of safety courses as required by regulations. In addition to this there is confrontation with the security managers to implement the provisions of the rules, the reception and participation in joint activities set by plant managers in different operational situations. In October of 2013 we certified according to OHSAS 18001: 1999, which attests to the voluntary application, in our organization, to a system that ensures the safety and health of workers control and compliance with existing rules. Our workers are constantly trained and informed on security, carrying out regular training and refresher courses, First Aid, work at heights, confined space, using aerial platforms, and so on.
